POLICE WEEK
The second week of May is Police Week. What an opportunity to honor those who give so much to make Kohala a safer place. Each year we put baskets together for our officers, police administrators, and workers at our Kohala Police Station.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Every year we work with Samaritans Purse and churches around the state to make Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes for less fortunate children around the world. These boxes not only make Christmas special for these children, it gives them an opportunity to hear the Gospel, receive Jesus, and reach their families for Christ. Overflow Church is also the drop-off church for all the Kohala churches.
KOHALA BUSINESSES
CHRISTMAS BLESSING
On the weekend before Christmas, Overflow Church blesses the Kohala businesses, police department, fire department, and hospital workers with a box of homemade Christmas goodies. We pack them and then go out and deliver them. It's awesome to spread a little Christmas Joy while meeting our Kohala neighbors.
